Q: What IT services does DrTech provide?

A: DrTech LLC excels in a diverse range of IT services. Q: Do you offer In-Home / In-Business service?

A: Most of our services can be performed in your home or business. If we are not able to complete the repair on-site, we bring the computer back to our lab and finish the repairs. We will return the computer back to you at no additional travel cost. All our on-site services have a 30-days warranty.

Q: Do You Perform Hardware Upgrades?

A: We perform all types of hardware upgrades from simple video card installations to changing out the motherboard and CPU. We also build Custom Computers for Gaming, Personal and Business Use.

Q: Do You Have Computer Parts in Your Store?

A: We order 90% of the parts that we use to repair computers. Most of the time the parts that we order can be overnighted for a little extra and we can repair the computer the following day.

Q: What Brands of Computers do you Work on?

A: We work on all Brands of computer. We can help you with any computer running Windows and Mac-OS up to the latest release.

Q: My hard drive has crashed, can you recover my data & files?

A: Certainly! In the unfortunate event of a hard drive crash, DrTech LLC, in collaboration with our trusted partner PITS Global Data Recovery, specializes in data recovery services. Their skilled technicians employ advanced techniques and tools to recover lost or inaccessible data whenever possible. Remember, the sooner we start the recovery process, the higher the chances of successful data restoration.

Q: What do I need to bring with me when I drop off my computer or laptop?

A: For desktop computers, just the main computer tower, no need to bring your keyboard or any other cables or devices. For computers or laptops, please bring an external drive if you would like your data backed up BEFORE the repair process. For laptops, PLEASE DO bring the charger power cord.

Q: How much is your charge to look at my computer and tell what’s wrong with it?

A: Our in-lab or on-site diagnoses are complimentary! However, if we successfully address the issue during the diagnostic process, there is a flat charge. On-site diagnostic charges are based on our standard hourly rate. Whether we set up your computer in front of you for immediate assessment or you drop it off for a later update, we aim to provide prompt and effective diagnostic results.

Q: What do you do when you come across an issue you don't know how to fix?
